Description (partial)
Symptom: Details: When trying to delete the "QT-P-MT Direct Channel OIAB-QICI OIAB-QICI-DIV OIAB-QICI-HD" Location, "Internal number [1123511503] is assigned to a phone number - cannot disable it" is returned. I have searched the line and it shows that phone with MAc address 0022555D305B is still associated. This phone is located in "QT-P-MT:Direct Channel:OIAB-QICI-HD-Sampath Wijerathma", which, according to BVSM does not exist. On further investigation, it appears that a number of locations still exist under the "OIAB-QICI" customer, but do not show under BVSM. The objective is to delete the "OIAB-QICI" customer. Prerequisites: 1.Q-TEL production Voss server 2. Mouse, Keyboard, access to the above 3.The will to delete the "OIAB-QICI" customer. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to delete the locations found under "OIAB-QICI". Such as "OIAB-QICI-HD" 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Actual Results: The system politely returns a "Internal number [1123511503] is assigned to a phone number - cannot disable it" error when trying to del the fint range associated with the above location. 13 lines are still assignedtophones. Expected Results: The fint range is removed and the location and customer can be deleted.
