Symptom: Details: If the Customer has a UserGroup set the invalid characters for the SNR Profile are not being substituted correctly. I have a user called tom&jerry, when the Customer had no UserGroup the & get replaced correctly. getRemoteDestinationProfile : <name>tom_jerry-477-RDP</name> If the Customer has the UserGroup set to @gw.com then the & is not being replaced correctly. & is not supported for SNR Profile so the transaction fails getRemoteDestinationProfile : <name>tom&jerry-RDP</name> Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add End User eg: tom@jerry 2. Associate Phone to End user 3. Modify Customer and set the User Group eg: @gw.com 4. Add SNR to the End User 5. 6.
