Symptom:
Details:
In Self Care when clicking on the Speed Dials Button after selecting a Line
extension from the Line Summary tab a 404 server error is encountered

Prerequisites:
1. User with Extension Mobility Profile
2. Speed Dials enable in Feature Group

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Self Care
2. Navigate to Extension Mobility Profile
3. Select and extension from the Line summary tab
4. Click the Speed Dials button
Actual Results:  
A 404 error

Expected Results:  
I expect the Mobility Speed Dials page to be displayed
[/selfcare/mobility/speeddials/]

Workaround Available: Yes
Workaround Steps:
Navigate to Mobility Speed Dials page without first selecting a Line from the
Line summary tab
