Symptom:
Details:
If a Username has been added with non alphanumeric character eg:
bob!@#$%^&*smith and the user has SNR added, when you attempt to add an
additional remote destination to the SNR Profile the page displays and error

Failed : userid not found bob!@


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an End User with username which contain non alphanumeric characters eg:
bob!@#$%^&*smith
2. Add SNR to the End User
3. Add an additonal Remote Destination to the End User
