Description (partial)

Symptom:
Excessive delay in loading web pages when using the Cisco IOS Connector feature when using the Cisco Cloud Web Security service does not generate any type of alert on the Cisco IOS router.

Conditions:
When using an IOS router configured with the connector feature with the command "parameter-map type content-scan global". There is a failover mechanism that is configurable on the router but this detects connectivity to the proxy through a keepalive mechanism.
