Symptom: When the user logs on to the sponsor portal and goes to My Settings, he is unable to delete, edit, suspend, or change duration of expired guest accounts. These accounts are not removed in an expired guest accounts purge. Conditions: User receives the "An error occurred during reactivation." error when attempting to change duration of expired guest accounts. User receives the "An internal error encountered. Contact your system administrator for assistance." error when attempting to suspend expired guest accounts. User receives "You do not have sufficient permission to access this page." error when attempting to edit expired guest accounts. User receives "Unable to delete guest user(s). Contact your system administrator for assistance." error when attempting to delete the expired guest accounts.
