Symptom: Tone Direction for silent/whisper-coaching sessions are not working Conditions: Steps to reproduce: 1. Establish a call between two end points A(Customer) and B(Agent). 2. Initiate a silent/Whisper-Coaching session to end point C(supervisor) with "NoLocalOrRemote" option. 3. Observe the behavior on end points A(Customer) and B(Agent).
