Symptom: Video is freeze is observed after initiating the whisper coaching. Conditions: Steps to reproduce: 1. Establish a call between two end points A(Customer) and B(Agent). 2. Initiate a Whisper Coaching session to end point C(supervisor). 3. Observe the end point B(Agent).
