FLASH MEMORY calculation and Exception Symptom: We found few things in get_installflash() function. 1) The below condition never gets satisfied, if the installflash value is not identical with the values which are present in the array. (4,6,8,12,16,20,24,32,48,64,128,256,512,1024,2048). 2) If the installflash is matching/between any of these values (4,6,8,12,16,20,24,32,48,64,128,256,512,1024,2048) then only some value is returned otherwise the installflash always returns '0'. 3) And based on this installflash value, the exception is being generated as The device Flash RAM (0)is less than the minimum required (32) even though in reality the flash ram is not 0. 4) There are maximum chances, that if in reality customer might be having flash ram in his devices, but as per the above logic SNTC will shows as '0' installflash. Which seems to be an issue? Conditions: Some of the RAM values were not being picked up by the system. the issue is now resolved and all RAM values are processed.
