Description (partial)

Symptom:
Some entPhysicalEntry lose when standby PRE reset but OIR does not. Reproduce steps are as follows:

Standby PRE reset behavior:

1. Secondary PRE B is in ROMMON, boot it and wait for it is in standby-hot status.
2. Reset secondary PRE B by command "hw standby-cpu reset".
3. Wait for PRE B enter ROMMON again, all entities (including PRE, FP, Flash entities) are disappeared.

Standby PRE OIR behavior:

1. Secondary PRE B is in ROMMON, boot it and wait for it is in standby-hot status.
2. Plug out PRE B, all entities for PRE B are deleted.
3. Plug in PRE B, let it in ROMMON again, all entities (including PRE, FP, Flash entities) are created.

Conditions:
1. Secondary PRE B is in ROMMON, boot it and wait for it is in standby-hot status.
2. Reset secondary PRE B by command "hw standby-cpu reset".
3. Wait for PRE B enter ROMMON again, all entities (including PRE, FP, Flash entities) are disappeared.
