Symptom: Summary: Jabber phone service cannot reconnect to CUCM after network changes Conditions: Found in: 9.6.0.158174 Step to reproduce: 1. Connect to AP "blizzard" 2. Sign in jabber. IM&P, phone service and VM all work. 3. Change network to other AP, then change back to AP "blizzard" 4. Phone service cannot reconnect to CUCM. expect result: Phone service should reconnect to CUCM Actual result: Phone service cannot reconnect to CUCM
