Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the list of variables in the dropdown menus are longer than The window is tall, there is a scrollbar that comes up to the right that can be used. When selections are hovered over, the next dropdown (like if the variable is a date, for selecting the format of the date) is shifted upwards two spaces. This can cause users to have to trail through whitespace to reach the next selection.

Conditions:
Seen in 6.1.0.400plugin with Firefox 22

Recreate
1. Make enough public date variables to need to scroll around (copy a big group a few times until there are around 30).
2. Double click on a job group, variable tab, new variable
3. click on the variables button, then navigate three selections deep with the last selection being a date format. The box will be too far above the cursor to click on
