Symptom:
Rarely (trigger unknown), one of the radio interfaces on a Cisco Aironet 3500 Series AP may reset, causing a temporary 2-3 second outage in which clients may roam to another access point.

A decode of the event.r* file or r*.rcore files generated and stores on the flash storage of the AP would indicate the reason as "Bad Tx Done".

Conditions:
Unknown. The bug has only been reported on Cisco Aironet 3500 Series APs running the 7.6 release.
