Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer noticed the following enhancements in the VIC release notes for 2.1(2a) and later:

> Configurable queue depth
> Configurable maximum number of outstanding I/Os

The configurable queue depth option is not available for Windows drivers but is available for RHEL / ESXi.

Conditions:
UCSM > 2.1(2a) , Windows VIC driver , customer trying to configure queue depth for Windows fnic driver.
