Description (partial)

Symptom:
Post Call Survey is not invoked although set to Y from the ICM script.

Conditions:
The Post Call Survey dialed number string contains alphanumeric characters.

When this configuration is deployed from OAMP, the following error is seen in the CVP CallServer logs:
CVP_8_5_SIP-1-SIP_INTERNAL_ERROR    Invalid Post Call Survey Matcher string abc123
