Cisco Bug: CSCul53237 - CUCDM logs cannot be viewed from the usmcli

Symptom: It is not possible to view the apache logs via the CUCDM CLI in the 8.1.2 release which was built using the HCS 9.2.1 OVA (Production_Platform-4.4.2_0.4.326-8.1.2.ova). Instead of seeing the logs I get the location of the logs (which also seem wrong as I thought the logs were now in the /var/log/cucdm or /var/log/usm folders) Conditions: CUCDM is built using the HCS 9.2.1 OVA (Production_Platform-4.4.2_0.4.326-8.1.2.ova).
