Description (partial)

Symptom:
1) Restore to kernel from file snapshot failed

2) Check Restore from LPSS DB without giving opts - Failed
some o/p not as expected.

Conditions:
1) This command trigger the fail,

dt_lpssutil shimsnapshotallfile2kernel -d /snapshot
Calling pss2_snapshot_all_file2kernel with dest path /snapshot and count 0.
pss2_snapshot_all_file2kernel returned errcode - 0x40480032
pss2_snapshot_all_file2kernel snapshot file restored 0 dbs

running cmd shimsnapshotallfile2kernel returned 0x40480032 ( lpss open bad access mode or write is not allowed )
