Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus 7000 may have a prefix installed in the unicast routing table but the prefix is unreachable
The prefix is using the default route recursive next hop
The route in in the urib but has not been pushed down to the FIB after a RIB change (routing update)

Conditions:
The recursive next hop (RNH) to reach the prefix is the default route (0.0.0.0/0) and there should be a routing update (device or link failure implying a re-routing)
