Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a user with a display name containing non-ASCII characters tries to login to Exchange using Encrypted MAPI it will fail and the domain will be blacklisted.

Conditions:
This happens with many common non-ASCII characters ln the display name of the user like ñ U+00F1 (LATIN SMALL LETTER N WITH TILDE) or Ö U+00D6 ('LATIN CAPITAL LETTER O WITH DIAERESIS')

Afterwards you see on the CLI:

WAAS#show windows-domain encryption-service blacklist identity
