Description (partial)

Symptom:
Even when ip wccp # redirect in configuration with high priority service was added, acl-mearge might be broken and low priority service which was configured firstly would be used.

We will see the tcam for the service group configured with low priority first than high priority.

Conditions:
This symptom may be observed when multiple ip wccp # redirect in were configured in one interface.

It would be observed when these two service group policies are programmed in the same interface.
