Description (partial)

Symptom:
Openflow show commands hang in scale scenario and do not return any output

Conditions:
When Large number of flows are being modified/deleted, simultaneously "show openflow ..." command will get stuck until the modification/deletion is complete. Commands hang for 30 seconds and come out without any output. Retrying command after some time provides the output properly.
