Description (partial)

Symptom:
Voicemail page on Self Care portal (e.g. https://your-cm.example.com/ucmuser/main#voicemailpage ) displays "Voicemail pilot has not been configured." even though the user has voicemail configured and working through the system default voicemail profile.

Conditions:
Attempting to access Voicemail options in the Self Care portal for a user whose Directory Number (DN) is utilizing the system default Voicemail profile rather than one explicitly configured on their DN.
