Symptom: When agentID and agentMRDs.serviceSkillTargetID fields are selected in agent realtime/agent skill group report definition, no data will be populated for those two fields. Conditions: PCCE with Live Data, CUIC Agent and Agent Skill Group report definition detail selection.
