Symptom:
Cos classification will not work, if egress policy applied on port/EC-memlink with TEFP and POP0 EVCs configured on port/EC-memlink.

Conditions:
Have Port/EC-memlink configred with TEFP and POP0.
Apply cos based egress policy at port level.
Cos classification will not work .
