Symptom: Device is partially managed in PI 2.0 when the following configuration is presented on the interface: interface ATM1/0.100 point-to-point ip address x.x.x.x y.y.y.y atm pvc 100 206 135 aal5snap 149000 149000 94 oam 10 random-detect gsr in PI logs: PALException: Error while trying to run handler. Action : interfaces, Handler : com.cisco.nm.pal.customhandler.RPLHandler. Error : Exception thrown : Constraint violation. See log for details. Conditions: When a device is having configuration under interface like: atm pvc 100 206 135 aal5snap 149000 149000 94 oam 10 random-detect gsr
