Description (partial)

Symptom:
It is a feature request, need to convert the calling number to name for external incoming call for SIP IP phones 9971.
Customer using the command 'service dnis dir-lookup' and it is working for SCCP phones to convert the number to name associated with the command 'directory entry tag number name XXXX' under telephony service.
But, it is not working on SIP phones.

CME platform and version-C2911/ 10.0

External party A calls B. External party's calling number has to be converted to name as per the command 'directory entry tag number name XXXX' added in the under telephony service.

Hello, Can any one confirm that the features: service dnis dir-lookup service dnis overlay Is not available on sip phones ? currenlty deploying 8811 sip phones on CME and Calling Phones whant to see the Alering Name of the destination  instead of the number on Called phones the name appeares correctly.
