Description (partial)

Symptom:
Although GMPLS separates control plane signalling from data plane (traffic path), there is no support for control plane signalling to occur within a user created VRF.  This has been raised as a security concern by customers wishing to deploy GMPLS-UNI feature, and also as an undesired crossing of L2 (optical/transport) vs L3 (packet) administration boundaries.

Conditions:
All XR deployments of the GMPLS-UNI feature.
