Cisco Bug: CSCul47482 - QNS stuck / hung process caused CPU Processor Load spike on IOMGR01

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Re-occurring CPU Processor Load spikes, every 1 hour - 30 minutes to 1 hour - 45 minutes, on the QNS01 that affected the IOMGR01. QNS01 repeatedly spiked up every 1 hour - 30 minutes to 1 hour - 45 minutes which in turn caused there to be a CPU Processor Load alarm on the IOMGR01. Conditions: Currently resolved at the customer site. All 9 QNSs were rebooted, this action resolved whatever stuck/hung process was causing the spikes and cleared the alarms on the IOMGR01.
