Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Some applications which use HTTPS connections, fail to work. (e.g. Selected versions of Skype and Teamviewer)

Conditions:
1. ISR is configured for Scansafe redirect.
2. ISR is redirecting HTTPS to Scansafe tower.
3. Skype and Teamviewer use a probe on a non-standard port. ISR or some other device in the network blocks these probes. (Only when these probes are blocked, the applications exhibit the trigger.)
