Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber will talk with Webex Central Authentication Service server directly for validate SSO site when using proxy.

Conditions:
Testbed:
WebEx 

Step to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings -> Wi-Fi, set up a valid HTTP Proxy
2. Capture the packets from Jabber iPhone and login Jabber

Expect result:
All packet to WebEx Cloud should through proxy

Actual result:
The packets to Central Authentication Service server (for example: global-cas-c63.webexconnect.com) didn't through proxy and talk with Central Authentication Service server directly.
