Description (partial)

OSPFv2 and OSPFv3 on BE subinterfaces flap when MPA in adjacent slot is soft or physically OIRed. BGPv4 and BGPv6 does not flap. Those BGP timers and OSPF timers are default.

Adjacent slot MPA OIR, and large number(> 500) of OSPF sessions on both MPAs
