Description (partial)

Symptom:
"ip flow monitor monitorname input"  is not showing up in  configuration for some SVI's

Applying "ip flow monitor monitorname input" again on non working SVI doesn't help.

Conditions:
Issue seen in  n7000-s1-dk9.5.2.1.bin when SVI are removed and added with "ip flow monitor monitorname input" .
