Description (partial)

Symptom:
The symptom is that 'ffm' progressively takes up more memory & the free memory depletes by roughly the same amount.

Conditions:
Issue is triggered by one of the following:
- a consistent rapid flapping of mroute(s)
- constant traffic toward a group on a vlan where the SVI has PIM sparse mode configured, but an RP is not permitted for the group
