Description (partial)

EC nbiAgent: saAlarmEventInstance value wrong - Ping failure for SDV Srv

EC nbiAgent: saAlarmEventInstance value is populated with wrong value in case of Ping failure for SDV Servers. While looking at ECS alarms page it is difficult to identify that what is the device type i.e.
QAM or QPSK or SDV Server or Netcrypt.

The same object is populated for QAM ping failure as below.

11/14/2013 12:48:37.386|5744/1|DEBUG|libnbi:NbiAlarm.C(419)|Adding variable saAlarmEventInstance, val=EC=Hockey/ECIP=

For SDV Server ping failure it is populated as below.

11/14/2013 12:48:37.387|5744/1|DEBUG|libnbi:NbiAlarm.C(419)|Adding variable saAlarmEventInstance, val=EC=Hockey/ECIP=

1. Simulate ping failure for SDV server
2. Observe nbiAgent and alarms at ECS Alarms UI.

saAlarmEventInstance should be as like as QAM. for Ex.
val=EC=Hockey/ECIP= Server=<SDV Server name>
