Cisco Bug: CSCul43382 - UC KB volume bar (LCD) out of sync with +/- buttons on Jabra devices

Symptom: UC KB volume bar (displayed on LCD) is out of sync with +/-buttons on Jabra devices (Jabra Speak 450 and Jabra Handset 450) Conditions: Setup: 1. vxme and vxme-pre-req are installed on the TC 2. VXME_Utilities and Jabber are installed on a HVD on which a user is logged on and a user is sign in in Jabber 2. Cisco keyboard is connected to the TC 3. Jabra Handset 450 and/or Jabra Speak 450 is connected to the TC Steps: 1. Make a call to another endpoint 2. Bring Up HVD volume Mixer menu 3. Change volume level Of HVD using +/- butttons on Jabra devices 4. Observe UC KB LCD. Expected Results: Volume slider on Jabra devices should align with volume bar which is displayed on UC KB LCD Actual Results: Volume slider on Jabra device is out of sync with volume bar which is displayed on UC KB LCD. For exampe if your starting volume value is MAX (|||||||||||||||| ->displayed on UC KB LCD) try to decrease volume value, when you reach MIN volume value, LCD on UC KB will display 4 out of 16 bars (||||------------) for Jabra Speak 450 and not 0 out of 16 bars(----------------) as Expected. For Jabra Handset 450 for MIN voulme UC KB LCD will display 7 out of 16 (|||||||---------) and not 0 out of 16 bars(----------------) as Expected.
