Conditions:

9.6.0.157616

step to reproduce:
0. user login Jabber iOS to webex cloud, but use a different CCM server and account that cloud admin default CCM
1. user fresh install Jabber Android
2. user login Jabber Android to webex cloud
3. Jabber try to login CCM server but failed due to wrong CCM
4. user try change CCM Server address
5. user only input TFTP Server address and leave CCMCIP to be blank
6. user leave jabber to background then forground, CCMCIP is added with Cloud admin set CCM address


expect result:
jabber should not auto fill CCMCIP server address when user leave blank

actual result:
jabber auto fill CCMCIP server address when user leave blank
