Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the Getting Started with CVP Guide (9.0), there is a section on error prompts.  On page 149, there are three prompts listed.

1) Confirmed to be Onhold_initial.wav
"We are currently experiencing heavy call volume.
Please hold, your call will be answered in the order it was received."

2) Confirmed to be Onhold_Continue.wav
"Please continue to hold."

3) Unconfirmed, doesn't exist
"We are currently experiencing heavy call volume. Please try your call again later."

Prompt #3 above cannot be found in any of the CVP server prompt directories, so it should be removed from the document.
