Symptom: While tuning the Sybase database registry parameters per the CSM deployment guide, the following errors may be seen when running the configureDb.pl script: ERROR: This dsn, vms, already exists. Can not addDsn. ERROR:save failed Add failed, record already exists., No error This occurs when the script is run in a command prompt that does not have administrator rights. Even if the logged in user is a local admin, the command prompt window must be opened by right clicking on the Command Prompt icon and selecting 'Run as administrator'. Conditions: This occurs when the script is run in a command prompt that does not have administrator rights.
