Description (partial)

Symptom:
UC KB Vol bar (LCD) doesn't display MAX value if already max and pressed + button on Jabra Handset & Hands-Free.

Conditions:
Setup:
1. vxme and vxme-pre-req are installed on the TC
2. VXME_Utilities and Jabber are installed on a HVD on which a user is logged on and a user is sign in in Jabber
2. Cisco keyboard is connected to the TC

Steps:
1. Make a call to another endpoint
2. Bring Up HVD Volume Mixer Menu
3. Make sure HVD volume level is MAX either by observing HVD Volume Mixer or volume bar on UC KB LCD.
4. Wait until volume bar disappears from UC KB LCD.
5. Press + button on Jabra Handset & HandsFree.
6. Observe UC KB LCD.

Expected Results:
Volume bar on UC KB LCD should display that volume level is already MAX (||||||||||||||||)

Actual Results:
Volume bar on UC KB LCD doesn't display that volume level is already MAX. If user is in noisy environment only way to determine that his volume level is MAX is to open HVD Volume Mixer or to press - button on Jabra Handset & Hands-Free which will reflect on UC KB LCD (|||||||||||||||-) so he will know that he was on MAX volume level before pressing - button on Jabra Handset & Hands-Free
