Description (partial)

Symptom:
Old mobile client remains registered even after ccm accepts graceful registration from new client.

Conditions:
when a new client tries to take over the control of a dual mode device via graceful registration, although ccm accepts the registration from new client, no information is passed onto the old client to unregister itself.
