Description (partial)

Symptom:
Malformed IPv6 packets are forwarded after translation by MAP-T when two different Typhoon linecards are used for ingress and egress. (Affects only direction IPv4 -> MAP-T BR -> IPv6)

The malformation is on the L2 header, where protocol type was supposed to be 0x86DD and is instead 0x0800.

Conditions:
MAP-T is configured and ingress / egress linecards are different Typhoons.
