Description (partial)
Symptom: When users are in video call with CTS500 or CTS1300 end points, if users tap to stop sending video to the end points, then the video is muted from both app and the end points. The cause of the issue is that CTS500 and CTS1300 end points don't support one way video. Conditions: Step to reproduce: 1. Make a video call with CTS500 or CTS1300>two way video is established. 2. Mute video from user side Expect result: User should still see video from CTS500 or CTS1300 Actual result: two way video is all muted
