Description (partial)

Symptom:
When tried to edit zoning configuration, you got error " SNMP: no device available"

Conditions:
one of the devices does not have correct SNMP Credentials

Request:
To pop up the  error message more meaningful in such situation by including for instance: ip address of the problematic device which cause the problem and let customer to know that snmp credentials are incorrect.
