Description (partial)

Symptom:
While roaming from APs registered to a WiSM1 running 7.2.235.3 to a 5508 running 7.4.110.0.
Badge sent unidentified error upon Reassociation - Invalid MIC received in CCKM IE of REASSOC REQ from mobile.
The controller logs will show,

#APF-3-VALIDATE_CCKM_REASS_REQ_ELEMENT: apf_utils.c:2551 Could not validate the CCKM Reassociation request element.Invalid MIC CCKM Info Element from cckm mobile. Mobile:00:09:ef:11:d4:f5,  AP:04:c5:a4:f2:72:60, Old AP:00:00:00:00:00:00.


*apfMsConnTask_4: Oct 28 12:49:14.385: 00:09:ef:13:cf:7b CCKM: Failed to validate REASSOC REQ IE - No Cache entry found for mobile

Conditions:
Roaming between APs registered with WiSM1 running 7.0.235.3 and APs registered with a 5508 running 7.4.110.0.
Using CCKM WPA2 AES.
