Symptom: Hold button on Cisco keyboard doesn't trigger action on selected call in virtualization Conditions: In virtualization when Jabber user is on multiple calls hold button on Cisco keyboard triggers hold on the conversation that is in progress and after that pressing the hold button on Cisco keyboard just resumes/holds the first answered call and not the call that is selected.
