Symptom:
After enabling SSO for (IM&P Admin, Serviceability and CU Reporting), Serviceability GUI page can not be accessed

Conditions:
Reproducing steps:

1. Enable SSO for IM&P Admin, Serviceability and CU Reporting
2. Try to access Serviceability page
