Description (partial)

Symptom:
Problem Details: When we attempt to modify a network segment by removing portions, or the entire segment itself, we receive this error message:

HYPERV-VSM2-AMS(config)# nsm network segment HPOC_DA
HYPERV-VSM2-AMS(config-net-seg)# no switchport access vlan 112
ERROR: Cannot modify or delete segment while system flag is set

Conditions:

VSM-1110(config-net-seg)# no nsm network segment vlan1992
ERROR: Script failed to delete previously set vlan on network segment

Steps done:
-------------
1. Existing network segment vlan1992 with access vlan set to 1992.
2. Create another network segment mgmt-1992.Try to set the same access vlan as 1992.
ERROR: vlan is in use by another network segment-----Expected
3.Delete the network segment vlan1992
4.Fails due to the system flag set.Remove the system network segment and delete the network segment.
ERROR: Script failed to delete previously set vlan on network segment
