Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer DB's Hostname is getting changed after power-cycle

Conditions:
1. Keep a node with a hostname say X.
1. Load the attached customer DB into a node.
2. We will hit the issue CSCug15096 - Issue : Not able to login into IOS from CTC 
3. Check the hostname in the configuration and it will be "Router". 
4. Execute the command 'vtyConsoleEnable(0x100)' [will work only for CTC mode] in TNC console.
5. CSCug15096 Issue got resolved.
6. Do power-cycle. 
7. After power-cycle, hostname will become X. (which is the earlier hostname of our node)
