Description (partial)

Warning icon stays without CUCM account after deleted CUCM account.

Step to Reproduce:
1.Login Jabber with CUCM
2.Delete CUCM from Phone service account
3.Check phone service status

Expect Result:
No Phone service in navigation bar and empty in account & status

Actual Result:
Empty in account detail but show alert icon in account status
