Description (partial)

Issue is seen very rarely and intermittently. Rugby Pro and S3 devices show 'your session has timed out or you have been logged out by a system administrator'  message if the user is in list screen without connecting to any talkgroup and switches off the screen.

After login, keep the devices in the list screen without connecting to any talkgroup and turn off the screen to sleep. After wake up, S3 and Rugby Pro devices do not allow user to activate the talkgroup and show this message and bring to login screen.
